SUPERSHINE Deliverables

SUPERSHINE survey collection and descriptive statistics Part 1

This report aims to provide insights based on how the customised surveys per country were  designed. These surveys will collect raw data to validate and replicate the SUPERSHINE analysis.

D3.1 Analysis of bottom-up business models, Cost Benefit Analysis (extended with environmental impact) and crowdfunding strategy

This deliverable outlines the methodology and framework developed by the SUPERSHINE project  analyse and finance energy efficiency renovation projects through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) funding and crowdfunding schemes. It covers the financial, technical, environmental, and social
aspects of these projects, focusing on pilot implementations in Italy, Latvia, and Denmark. 

D3.3 Set of social, environmental, economic, and financial key performance indicators

This deliverable focuses on defining representative metrics and indexes for evaluating the  implementation of SUPERSHINE solutions in the lighthouse districts. The work includes defining and formulating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at various levels of granularity, tailored to the scope
of specific lighthouse interventions. 

D3.4: LCA and SLCA – Part 1

This deliverable outlines the methodology and framework developed by the SUPERSHINE project to analyse environmental and social environmental impacts in buildings and districts. It covers the technical, environmental, and social aspects of these projects, focusing on pilot implementations in
Italy, Latvia, and Denmark. This deliverable highlights the approach to carry out the analysis, based on the methodology and indicators described in deliverables 1.2 and 3.3

D4.1 Feasibility studies for the lighthouse districts – Part 1

This document serves as a comprehensive feasibility report for the SUPERSHINE solutions, each tailored to one of the three Lighthouse districts: Riga, Trieste, and Herning. .

D5.1: Policy reviews and prospects for social housing in the Fellow City countries and regions - Part 1

This document, which is part one of a two-part series, was prepared through extensive literature research and collaboration with partners in the respective countries. As the SUPERSHINE project advances and additional data is gathered, the conclusions and insights outlined in this preliminary
report will be elaborated on and enhanced in a follow-up document.

D6.1 Plan for Communication, Dissemination and Exploitation of Results - Part 1

This Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plan sets out the strategy to effectively promote and exploit SUPERSHINE’s results. It defines the processes and activities to be implemented and guides stakeholders towards the maximization of the project’s impact. 

D6.3: Library of KERs & Stakeholder Mapping

Deliverable D6.3 of the SUPERSHINE project focuses on the identification and analysis of Key Exploitable Results (KERs) and the mapping and analysis of stakeholders involved in the project’s value chains. This deliverable is essential for laying the groundwork for effective dissemination and
exploitation strategies that aim to maximize the impact of the project’s outcomes during and beyond its execution.

D1.2 Engagement strategy and social acceptance KPIs

This document outlines the guiding principles and the approach employed in the development of engagement activities within the three LHs of the SUPERSHINE project, and the evaluation model used to assess the societal acceptance of renovation works, as well as the effectiveness of the engagement activities implemented. The three LHs involved
in this endeavour are referred to Riga – Latvia, Faelles Bo – Denmark and ATER – Trieste.

SUPER-i : D5.1 Communication and Dissemination Plan

SUPER-i Communication and Dissemination Plan (C&D Plan) aims at outlining the project C&D
strategy and at explaining how this strategy will be implemented to reach different stakeholder
groups through the use of a mix of tools and channels.

This paper describes the communication materials delivered during the first six months of the
project, which have been bundled into the “Project Communication Kit”.

SUPER-i : D5.3 - Interim report on D&C activities and their impacts

The current report represents the mid-report on communication and dissemination activities and
aims to provide with an overview of the progress made in each task of WP10, in line with the last
version of the SUPER-I’s D5.1 Communication and Dissemination Plan.

The following report presents “D5.6 Post-Action Sustainability Plan”, consisting of the outcome of
the Sub-task “5.6.3 Post-action sustainability plan”, dedicated to the development of exploitation
and sustainability strategies for results identified in the project. The objective is to ensure the
utilisation of the outputs after the conclusion of the project, by all the stakeholders involved.

SUPER-i D6.1 : Management and Quality Plan

The Management and Quality Plan aims at supporting all partners involved in the H2020 SUPER-i
Project, under the Grant Agreement (GA) n° 101028220. It provides detailed indications, guidelines
and tools for technical and financial reporting, as well as the mechanism in place to ensure the
quality and reliability of the project outputs.

SUPER-i D6.2 : Kick-off meeting project report

The Kick-off meeting project report summaries the course of the first meeting of the SUPER-I
consortium. The report outlines the main insights emerged during the 2 days meeting. The report
includes the official agenda, the description of the activities carried out and the attendance list

SUPER-i D6.3 : Plan and Recommendations for Ethical, Data and Risk Management

The present deliverable defines the initial version of the Ethical, Data and Risk Management Plan of
the SUPER-i project in month 4 of the project and is formed based on the H2020 guidelines regarding
Open Research Data Pilot.

SUPER-i Portal Delivery

The SUPER-i portal is an enabler to support the SUPER-i project to deliver against its objectives. It
consists out of the SUPER-i e-Room and the project website (https://super-i-project.eu/). The
SUPER-i portal aims to become the European reference point for enterprises, stakeholders and
institutional and private investors active in social housing sector
